At Exchange Life, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
